Brandon Dodge, of North Bend, Neb., has signed a letter of intent to bowl for St. Ambrose University beginning with the 2017-2018 season.

Dodge enjoyed a phenomenal high school bowling career, capturing four consecutive state championships, beginning in 2014 and ending last month. In addition to being a member of four state championship teams, the right-hander also won the state singles championship three of his four seasons (2014, 2016 and 2017).

Dodge owns a career best series of 795, and has rolled four 300 games, with two of those coming this season during tournament competition. He has also competed in four Junior Gold national tournaments, as well as countless scholarship tournaments. In 2014, he finished fifth in the 15-and-under age division at the Junior Gold national championship tournament.

Head Bowling Coach Eric Littig commented, "Brandon is a very gifted bowler who is extremely versatile; he can play every part of the lane. He will be a fantastic addition to our University, and our bowling program."
