Anna Boffeli is a Senior softball player from Eldridge, Iowa. She is one of four seniors on a young and talented team. When asked what her goals were for this upcoming season she mentioned that she wanted to win the conference and to be the first team in a long time to make it to the national tournament. Both are goals that can be reached with such a talented group of girls.
Softball takes up a good portion of the spring semester starting in late February. So, there's some downtown during the other parts of the year when she's not working on her game. When Anna was asked about life outside of softball she said she enjoys hanging out with her friends, working out, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors.
After looking back on her past three years of playing Softball at SAU she is reminded of a few highlights which include having a winning season all four years, traveling down south each spring break, and the amazing relationships I have built with my current and past teammates. I will never forget the memories I have made through Softball at SAU!
Upon graduation, Anna plans to get a nursing job at the University of Iowa Hospitals or in the Quad Cities. My job of choice would be in critical care or cardiac, she said.
