Frazier earns NAIA All-America honorable mention
Nick Frazier wrapped up his outstanding St. Ambrose career by earning NAIA Division II All-America honorable mention as the NAIA announced its All-America Teams today.
The senior guard from Bellwood, Ill., is one of only two SAU men's basketball players to be named to the all-Midwest Collegiate Conference First Team four times. He ended his career fourth on the school's on-time scoring list with 2,073 points, becoming just one of five players to top 2,000 career points in program history.
Frazier averaged better than 15.0 points per game in each of his four years at St. Ambrose and ended with a 16.6 career scoring average.
Frazier started 122 of his 125 career games and scored in double figures in 104 of those contests.
In 2014-15, he averaged a team-best 15.5 points, along with 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals per game. He scored at least 20 points in nine games this season, and netted a career-high 37 points against Indiana-Kokomo in late October.
The NAIA Division II All-America Teams are selected by the NAIA All-America Committee.
