CoSIDA Academic All-District Track & Field and Cross Country Team

Will Reemtsma was named to the 2022 Academic All-District Men's Track & Field and Cross Country Team as voted on by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

The honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. Nominees must be sophomores or older with at least 3.30 cumulative grade point averages.

Reemtsma represents District 3, which includes NAIA colleges from Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. He now advances to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected in June.

The junior from Davenport, Iowa, qualified for the finals of the 400-meter hurdles at the 200 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships this week. He was an All-American in the event with a third-place finish at last year's championships. Reemtsma was named the Outstanding Track Athlete of the 2021 CCAC Outdoor Championships. He is majoring in Business Sales and Marketing at St. Ambrose.
